Lucas did pretty well in NFLE, but didn't seem that hot in Packers' camp this year

Does Bradley stay when McCown comes back, or do they let Warren go? Most think the Buccs will release Rattay when McCown comes back, but until Simms is officially cleared to play, I'm guessing we'll see Rattay around a little longer.

They won't release Rattay...they'd like to have 3 QB's active, right?

That's what I'm guessing, so when the decision deadline come for McCown, and Simms isn't ready yet...does Bradley get canned again, or do they do what most would think is the right move and release Warren?

I don't see how they could possibly go with without a 3rd DT on the roster.  They rely on the 3rd DT to sub in for both of the starters.  If they release Bradley at some point they would have to replace him with another DT.  To be honest, I'm surprised they've had only 3 DTs on the roster this season, although I guess White can play there if needed.

I would say that we are going to put Simms on IR as soon as McCown comes back. We'll keep Bradley because we need him at DT right now for depth. We will probably be cutting Mark Jones if Buchanon can do anything in the return game. He helps as depth at CB and he can be our return guy. That eliminates the one trick pony Jones.

I think that Simms is probably going on IR.

FYI: Chad Lucas...

On April 11th, 2006 Lucas caught an NFL Europe record 4 touchdown passes in the Admirals 38-31 victory over the Berlin Fire. He had a total of 6 receptions for 120 yards.

They also re-signed TE Heinrich to the practice squad and QB Randall was cut from the PS.
