I am gonna laugh if the guy blows up for 12 sacks or so...

And with 2 second round picks, they had better be drafting wisely this year.

I'm talking CBs, DEs, and DTs.

They can go WR in round 3 plus.

Dominik made a very WISE move by dumping Gaines.

VERY wise.  The guy was not a quality DE, he was a serviceable one.  And for a second round pick, it is a STEAL man.  I am happy as hell about this trade.

If true, wow. They must be really p!ssed off with him behind the scenes. I haven't been in love with his play, but he does still have potential and Chicago's 2nd round pick isn't likely to be earlier than #50. I don't think I would have done this.

Adams has been almost worthless and that doesn't appear to be changing, so I'm for it.

They are going to have a lot of option on draft day with 2 2nd's.
Alright you convinced me. We can get a pretty good #2 corner or something with that pick.

FRG is the most logical poster on this board.  You guys just don\'t like where the logical conclusions take you.

Bears must be high to think he's worth an R2 pick, seriously WTF are they thinking.

Maybe there's a dumb team out there to take Clayton as well.

All posts are opinions in case you are too stupid to figure that out on your own without me saying it over and over.

Yeah this draft needs to be defense heavy.

At this point I'd try to ship out Clayton as well as either Cadillac or Ward.

Timing makes sense with Kyle Moore finally being healthy too.

Well, timing makes sense because the deadline is Tuesday lol

It makes sense also because it is Friday, it is sunny, the wind is blowing......let's face it for an R2 pick there's no good reason not to trade Adams.

I feel like this is a lateral move. Gaines Adams has more talent than anyone in the 2nd round this year.

Wow! This move was totally unexpected, but also was a great trade! It reminds me of 2006 when Bruce Allen was able to get a 2nd rounder for Booger McFarland. I'm thinking we use that second round pick from Gaines to bring in Shawne Merriman.
