Which is why they're no longer here.

But the guys giving the advice are still with the Bucs.   Probably the cleaning staff as well.   The advice is where the problem was.   The coaching was not a problem.

Gruden got his advice from the guy he "hand picked" to succeed McKay. You make your bed..... well, you know the rest.

Have to laugh.  That's the frst thing I thought of ...were they going to take down his Pix.?  Definitely need a life.  Hope one's come soon.
