at 6'6" he shouldn't lose much mobility putting on another 12 pounds. Look at Culpepper in his prime, he was very mobile despite waying more than half of the DEs in the league....now he's too heavy but pry cuz his body is past its prime. If that 12 pounds is fat that is a different story...but he's primarily a pocket passer so the extra weight could help him absorb more punishment.
Freeman has the frame for it, he is a very bulky 6'6'' 260 pound player. Scouts weren't kiddin when they labeled him as having elite size. Throw in good mobility, the ability to extend plays, and a freakin cannon of an arm and you have the ingredients for a special player.

If there is one thing we should all learn from the combine, its that listed height and weight of these players are all false.

If he has bulked up did the Bucs ask him to add weight and why? 248 is plenty big enough so what motivation did he or the team have to add weight.
