Every player one day gets released or leaves of his own accord, so this is a valid question to pose: ^^^^^^
People bringing up "they disrespected him by releasing him" are truly clueless. They also need to look up a little history. Does a guy who feels disrespected hold a press conference at the teams facility days later? No. You guys are trying to tell Derrick how he should feel and its THAT is disrespectful.
