Certainly looks like Garcia may be headed in a southerly direction. That new contract for Feely pretty much guarantees he won't be back in Philly. I like the idea of a Carmela (Garcia's girlfriend) sighting at the games and her face up on the big jumbotron screen!  
The argument over whether Garcia will help or hurt the Bucs can rage on endlessly so no point in rehashing what's been said 1,000 times. Personally I think he could benefit the Bucs.

I'm fine with Garcia as long as it's a very reasonable contract. The Bucs need a vet and Garcia has a lot of knowledge about the west coast offense. But I absolutely wouldn't pay him a big contract. I'm hoping that the Bucs remember the lessons that they learned with the other older 'saviours'.

Bruce, if your reading this, sign him to a Brian Griese contract. One that makes it easy to say good-bye after 1 season if he doesn't produce.

ABuccs, there's no way the Bears sign Garcia. Grossman is the anointed one for better or worse, plus they have Griese ready to step in if Grossman stumbles again. Bears are definitely out of the running.
