we should all be thanking like hell that you are not a g.m. or in charge of anything of importance in football.

Tebow's a great leader, but outside of a wildcat qb, he's a MAJOR work in progress. After watching him play this year, there's no doubt that he's not going to be a good NFL every down QB.
