What players are up for Free Agency next year?  What ones do you think we should keep?

All of the players that suck, none of them.

basically. I really dont see us bringing back any of them except Caddy. Ruud made the fumble happen today but outside of that he really wont be missed. Dont see him getting a lot of interest as far as a starter. Maybe on crappy teams. He got Allstott'd over by Ivory today and Ruud is noticeably bigger than Ivory. Just shows how soft the guy is.

Walter Football has a list: http://walterfootball.com/freeagentscontracts.php it's not current, but since most teams didn't extend players it's probably fairly accurate.

Our FA's are:

Kareem Huggins
Maurice Stovall
John Gilmore
Jeremy Trueblood
Davin Joseph
Stylez White
Quincy Black
Adam Hayward
Barrett Ruud
Ronde Barber
Elbert Mack

I see us possibly bringing back or offering contracts to the following

Huggins
Black
Barber
Joseph
Hayward
Gilmore
White
Mack

According to PR, White is probably history after he lost his starting job to Bennett and didn't record a sack over the last 6 games. I agree on Huggins and Hayward, Black is 50-50 and while I think they might want Joseph back, Joseph might want to test FA first and end up somewhere else. If Joseph opts for FA, I suspect we'll target Nicks from NO or Mankins from NE. Then again, maybe they will roll with Larson and Hardman. Your guess is as good as mine.

I'm pretty sure Barth is under contract for 2011, expires in 2012. Jackson was suspended so his rights are ours for one year after he gets reinstated. Lee, Lynch, Mack. Spurlock are RFA.

Walter Football has a list: http://walterfootball.com/freeagentscontracts.php it's not current, but since most teams didn't extend players it's probably fairly accurate.

Our FA's are:

Kareem Huggins           will re-sign
Maurice Stovall               see ya
John Gilmore                  probably re-sign
Jeremy Trueblood          see ya
Davin Joseph                  question of how much $$
Stylez White                     see ya
Quincy Black                   question of how much $$$
Adam Hayward              re-sign
Barrett Ruud                   doubt he'll be back
Ronde Barber                This is entirely his call
Elbert Mack                    re-sign on the cheap

This is what I think will happen, not what I would do.

Off the second list, I'd like to see Hayward, Black, Gilmore, Barber, Barth, Crowder, Joseph, Lynch, Spurlock and Caddy/Huggins depending on what's available in FA.

"Barth agreed to a two-year deal for the League minimum salary.  With one year of experience in the NFL Barth will earn $385,000 in 2009 and $475,000 in 2010."

Also, at the end of February, when the CBA expires, there will no longer be such thing as a RFA unless a new CBA is signed and provisions are put in place for them.

Worthwhile (read: at the right price):
Kareem Huggins
John Gilmore
Adam Hayward
Barrett Ruud
Ronde Barber
Quincy Black
Elbert Mack

Basically Worthless
Maurice Stovall
Jeremy Trueblood
Davin Joseph
Stylez White

If you think Manziel is the best QB in this draft I can safely assume you are an idiot and will treat you as such.

Joseph will be brought back on the hopes he just had a down year. Gilmore may be toast with Purvis potential. The rest outside of Barber can hit the road and not be missed.

Down year? That's who he has been for years.
