Stanford should be above LSU and FSU imo. LSU is waay overrrated. FSU is banking on a new QB.

OSU at 16?? Should be 30.

Most underrated- South Carolina- I think it will be SC and Bama for the "game before the NC game"

i agree with you. we(FSU) shouldnt be top 5. i can see why they like us but i dont think 5 is right. i see us around 10.

ohio state where they are is laughable since they lost their qb for good and they are going to be missing 4 other starters.

Auburn should not be anywhere near the top 25 with how many players they lost.

i dont understand Penn State being there either. they looked a mess against UF in the bowl game.

i disagree on stanford. i think they are overrated also. i see them around 10. losing harbaugh is major. hes the reason they were so good, along with Luck. i dont know if the new coach has the same fire as jim did.

other than that, the list isnt horrible, i dont really take issue with anyone else on here

wow, that is high for FSU.  I'm a big fan and an alum but i think we're overrated by several spots.  I think next year is the year where we are a contender.  This year the expectation is win the ACC and play in a BCS game.

JG, I'm not worried about the QB position.  Unlike most backups Manuel has actually started several games over the last couple years and played well, including 2 bowl victories.  In fact, I think he'll be an upgrade over Ponder when all is said and done.

Well hell, Ohio State is supremely overrated every season - why should that stop now?

I think Manuel will be good by mid-Oct. but the first few games he may make some mistakes, and it's that 3rd games that'll be tough.

Also you guys have a Thurs nite game, and Thurs nite games are always bad for the favorites.

i like that manuel has 2 games to get into a groove. although its against garbage teams its at least game time to work with the receivers. i think the oklahoma game is going to be tough, but to be honest he did alright against them lastyear in norman. everyone overlooks that because of how bad we did overall.

the BC game on thursday is the one ive got circled. that worries the hell out of me. thurs games are a huge benefit for the home team and BC plays us really tough every year. theres no reason we shouldnt beat them by 14 but im sure it will be close, it always is.
