We have no way to mix it up against teams. We have 1 back and thats it. Graham is money on 3rd down, but he doesn't offer much in terms of running. What good are Lumpkin and Bradford going for this team? They have done nothing yet and how Bradford even made the team is beyond me.

Was talking with friends last night on exactly this.  We really lack speed overall on the team.  Parker is a good slot guy, but our WR's are much of the same too.  It would really do us well to find an explosive change of pace guy at RB and a stretch the field guy at WR.  We are built just like a Big 12 team ... big, physical, & slow.

The offense lacks any real speed at all. Hopefully in the next draft the Front Office can find a speedy RB or WR. The NFL is changing towards a passing league with multiple WR formations, and the Bucs right now don't have the personnel to compete with the elite teams. If a game is in a shootout this young offense will struggle to keep up. The Bucs need speed!!!

Year 3 of the plan is to win the division.

This is what I think about the Glazers being cheap...

Zsnore, your sig makes No Sense.  That was BEFORE the Glaciers dumped everything they have into TheKickballClub. We're at the bottom of the NFL in terms of SPENDING since 2005.

My sig makes no sense? Thats rich... When did anybody from the organization say "We're the greatest team in the universe, Crown us" If that exact wording was used anywhere at anytime i'll change my sig for you. Until then stop worrying that my sig makes sense, and worry about your own.
