Price did it against a falcon player so he got his money's worth imo

If it knocked the guard silly and led to BP's 4th Quarter sack then it was worth every penny!

I can't remember the play, so maybe he deserved to get fined, but I have a really hard time believing it was as severe a hit as William Moore's helmet-to-helmet on Freeman so it seems odd they'd get the same fine.

FRG is the most logical poster on this board.  You guys just don\'t like where the logical conclusions take you.

I think it was just an"Old School" move that he learned from Coach Millard.

Roy: Bucs DT Brian Price is pretty bent about being fined $7,500 for a head-slap on a guard. "It's football, not patty-cake,'' Price said

Dear Lord.  This is what I mean by Goodell ruining the game.  It is slowly turning into something absurd...asterisks for everyone!

Reggie White would have lost every game check if that was a rule back then, as he constantly blasted people upside the head with the most vicious club move in football history.

Moore was fined for his hit on Graham, not Freeman.

Sneaky **CENSORED**s those Nfl execs...

I guess the new CBA can be whatever the hell the players wanted, as long as the comiish can fine players whatever amount the owners want...

I have no problem with Goodell.  I think he's doing a great job.

Favorite part of this story:
Meanwhile, Bucs defensive tackle Brian Price was fined $7,500 for a head slap he delivered to a Falcons guard. Price considered his fine a badge of honor.
