The Bucs do not have enough coaches on their staff to fire head coach and D cord is what he was saying.

Olson  - HC/OC
Lake - DC

What is the problem?

I agree with Olson as HC/OC (an upgrade from Raheem at HC), but I'd rather see Millard at DC to see what he could do the last few games.

No link.  It was him on espn.  Justin Pawlowski also reported this via his twitter "John Clayton said on espn that Raheem was almost fired on Monday, but that the Bucs do not have enough coaches on their staff"

Wasn't Todd Haley the HC/OC?

I thought Lovie said he wanted quickness & speed, even at the QB position?

Clayton hasn't been the most credible person the last couple of years.

I think he's speculating just like the rest of us are. That being said, I've seen that same opinion and reason from lots of us, so it certainly makes sense. Rah will be gone the day after the last game, book it.

The best way to probably go about it is to post a pic of a really hot chick...so that everyone has an awesome experience....

PewterReportMC....
\\\\\\\"Java, do you understand this a perfect example of why people beg me to suspend or ban you on a daily basis? Are you actually trying to make a point? Seriously what is the reason for even commenting. In fact why do you even bother coming to the boards? What happened to the intelligent poster from years ago?  A real shame. Like the Bucs yesterday, a wasted effort.\\\\\\\"

Came across this article referencing John Clayton's comments on Morris http://thepewterplank.com/2011/12/15/morris-avoided-firing-due-to-lack-of-staff-player-claims-hes-lost-team/

Only three more games to go.

He's just not ready to be a head coach. He's an amazing motivator, I give him props for that, but he is just not a people manager, and that's just as important.

How can you say he's an amazing motivator when his teams quit on him so often?

That should tell you something.... this staff is so thin (literally and figuratively) that they can't even fire someone since there is no replacement.

This is on ownership.
