awhile back Java and Grimm Reaper were talking about some restaurant in Australia named Nandos and their chicken.  had to look it up and try and see what the fuss was about.  Made this a couple of times now.  So good it's retarded.

I actually prefer this marinade/oven roast to the brining and grilling.  But maybe finish it on the grill.

They have a few places in Ireland, it's good alright. Piri Piri Chicken is great any restaurant you get it. I think I got it in some place in the states at one stage, might have been an Applebees or something.

There is a restaurant called Piri Piri that I see in a few countries out in Asia.   I don't really like that one as much as Nandos though.

I can't handle **CENSORED**y at all.   But the chicken at Nando's has different sauces.   The mild is no problem at all.

sure I got a bunch of favorites I cook.  those Aussie guys in the 2nd video I posted have this that I made a few times.  Very good.

easy and good way to make ribs at home is in the crockpot.  buy some beef short ribs.  salt and pepper them.  throw in crock pot with 1/2 can of cola.  cook on low for 6 hours.  drain and add a bottle of BBQ sauce and cook for another hour.
