My brother in law was raving about this show so I just watched season 1 episode 1.  So far so good.  Not Breaking Bad good but I want to see more.
It's up there. For me though, nothing is Breaking Bad good. (My favorite TV show)

Homeland is by far the best tv show going right now IMO. Java, it's about a cia agent who is informed of an American POW is turned into a terrorist and is supposed to return home to carry out his mission. It's actually an awesome show. You can find the first season on thepiratebay.se if you're interested in watching it.

Second season is already surpassing the first one in my opinion. This Sundays episode looked a little crazy lol.

Spoiler(s)
I'm trying to figure out if that guy died in the shop. They showed him opening his eyes and all, but it didn't look good for him honestly. I think Brody knew something or tipped them off, even though she knew. Something is odd about all of this.

I'm pretty sure the implication was that we survived. He looked to be raising up to call for help.

Well I must like it.  I've watched the first 8 episodes in about a week.  I'll be caught up shortly.

This last episode was pretty good, I'm more excited for the episode following.

Agree things are getting crazy. I wonder how many episodes are left for this season.

There should be 12 episodes with the finale being Dec. 16, This Sunday marks the 8th episode, so we are getting close.

Thats what I was thinking. The last 4 should be really good. You can tell **CENSORED**s about to hit the fan.

Already caught up.  That's 19 episodes in less than two weeks.  I have no life.

Or... You haven't lived until you've watched Homeland.

Could they have sent a different field agent as opposed to Claire Danes(Whatever her name is lol) to handle the police department scene? I just thought it could have gone better. Maybe they felt she had the most pull with Brody.

I'm gonna be honest. I feel that the acting on the show is very well done, but I'm not too enthralled with the writing week to week. Sometimes they follow up a really good episode with one that is rather anti-climactic. While it is one of my favorite shows, I do think it might be a tad overrated. I have heard a few people say that it is the best show they have ever seen. Comments like that make me think that hype might be a little too high on this show.
