I don't know that Cleveland has done anything bad enough to warrant Rah as their DC

I predict that 55 year old Rah is going to be way less player friendly then 2010's Rah and he will have more success.

Raheem should do good in Cleveland. When he was here he had many faults as a coach. At the same time, this organization only gave him rookies and players you never heard of and expected magic.

Looks like Bears already hired mel tucker though.  Good for Raheem to sharpen those interviewing skills.
