According to the NY Daily News, the Giants are unwilling to enter a "bidding war" for free agent Martellus Bennett.The Daily News anticipates the Buccaneers pursuing Bennett, and they have more money to spend than the G-Men. Per beat writer Ralph Vacchiano, Giants TE coach Mike Pope -- among the most respected assistants in the game -- "has his eye on an under-the-radar tight end in the draft." The prospect is undisclosed.

It would appear Michael Bennett is not returning. If he doesn't, I'd say there is zero chance of Marcellus Bennett coming here.

That's ridiculous . Marcellus was a free agent last season and signed with a different team than his brother played for . I don't know why everyone assumes he wouldn't go anywhere besides where his brother is , and vice versa. He's gonna go where he gets paid.  Same with bro.

Jd, I'm glad this isn't happening. Not a fan of either of them.

They don't do a whole lot, are overrated, and both think they deserve more for it.
