Well Jones does intrigue me also Stagger , but any other LB ? Not happening.

What is your point? I was wrong? Ok. You win. I was wrong.

No Jones is the only first rd LB I'd take at 13.....if Ogletree or Minter is there in rd 2 there would be good value there.

I have a feeling CBs will be added in FA, and the FO will resign Bennett and draft a guy like Hunt.

But Foster and David are locks to start, but after that the linebackers are replaceable depth guys.

Who is the best fit at linebacker for the downhill Bucs?  I think the Bucs will draft one of the Georgia boys.
Uh, no thank you. The linebackers were the strength of this defense, if we go round 1 we should look to improve the depth of the DL.

IMO the Bucs will go after CB/S and DL in Free Agency. That leaves OL and LB as 1st round options.

That is my opinion.  "Without a doubt."  No stuttering.

Per Rotoworld:
"The National Football Post says Georgia OLB Jarvis Jones' neck injury is "starting to look like it might be a non-issue on draft day," and "there is little chance he falls out of the top ten."

Independent orthopedist Craig Brigham refutes the notion that Jones ever even had a significant spinal cord contusion, and concluded that Jones either had a mild case of spinal cord concussion or just simply a neck stinger that has long since resolved. "Jarvis is cleared to play without restriction," said Brigham. After receiving good news on his neck at the Combine, Jones may not be in for such a dramatic tumble down boards on draft day as was initially thought
."

Oh well, there's always the chance he stinks it up on his pro day to fall out of the top 10.

His degenerative back issue is the problem , not the neck .

I don't think linebacker is the way for us to go, but I wouldn't be upset with Jarvis Jones. He is a helluva football player. If we did take Jarvis at 13, we be seeing a lot of 3-3-5 on passing downs, cause you draft a guy at 13 at than have him on the bench for 60% of the snaps. So NT would see less playing time and have less value in our defense.

Either that, or we'd move Jones to the weakside and make David our mike.

Draft Aaron Donald

His "stenosis" was located at the 4th and 5th cervical vertebrae, which is his neck.

Mason Foster is horrible.   I wouldn't be surprised at all if they went linebacker.
Minter in the 2nd or Ogletree if avail would  be solid options IMO.   Just not in the first.

We should just pick up Jayson DiManche as an undrafted free agent. He's just as good!  ;)

Draft Aaron Donald
