The depleted Bucs secondary took another hit on Wednesday as E.J. Biggers has reportedly signed a free agent contract with the Washington Redskins. Biggers was never a fan favorite but was one of the Bucs better corners in 2012.

Looks like Wright will be sticking around.

Wrong, it was E.J. Biggars. . . . I hate it when some fool starts a new topic and spells the players name incorrectly!  LOL

And the defense just keeps getting worse. Oh well don't know why I care any longer.

The one position Tampa needed help in, and they release the best of the worst?

...only in Tampa.

Naismith was right about Revis. Everyone else is a dummy.

No mention of Biggers in Washington, but they are looking for cheap CBs...  http://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/redskins/redskins-move-on-to-plan-b-after-first-wave-of-nfl-free-agency/2013/03/18/8747c304-9009-11e2-9cfd-36d6c9b5d7ad_story.html

I always liked Biggers.  I thought he could benifit from some better coaching.  He played him man well most of the time, but would never look back for the ball. If he just looked back, I believe he could have had a few picks.

\\\\\\\"Java, do you understand this a perfect example of why people beg me to suspend or ban you on a daily basis? Are you actually trying to make a point? Seriously what is the reason for even commenting. In fact why do you even bother coming to the boards? What happened to the intelligent poster from years ago?  A real shame. Like the Bucs yesterday, a wasted effort.\\\\\\\"

Good. He was terrible.

But...the Bucs are either going to rely on Wright (shudder), Johnson, Gaitor, and...rookies. If that is the plan, we can do the Glazers cheap mantra again.

That or the Dom is getting punished out there by being hustled and complacent in free agency?

Or that word around the league is that Schiano is a prick and it would take a boatload to play for him (as an older midtier free agent).

Watch out...the Schiano huggers will get you.  We had to overpay the one decent safety we got.  Interesting take.

Hey man, I brought up this topic on the Insider board months and months ago. Maybe 5 months ago. But the guy is a gold medal winning mass hole by a lot of accounts. But greatness is not often achieved by being a pathetic muppet.
