probably would help his chances of making the HoF.  Plus I think he would be good at it.

Consummate professional. 

I'll miss his frank opinions and magnificent performances. He was simply one of the greatest to ever wear a Buccaneers uniform.

Thank you Ronde. You will go down as one of Tampa's all time greatest athletes. More importantly, you were a great asset to the community with all the work you have done. Hopefully I'll bump into you on the links.

Really sad day, was hoping this would hold off another year or two.  Even sadder to think that be retiring this year, simply because of the other greats who made this their last year, he's not going to be a first-ballot HOFer.
