I'm greedy; I want Demps to become our Darren Sproles!

That would require heart.....and i'm not convinced his heart is into football

I thought Lovie said he wanted quickness & speed, even at the QB position?

He may not like getting hit, that would explain the track choice.

\\\\\\\"Java, do you understand this a perfect example of why people beg me to suspend or ban you on a daily basis? Are you actually trying to make a point? Seriously what is the reason for even commenting. In fact why do you even bother coming to the boards? What happened to the intelligent poster from years ago?  A real shame. Like the Bucs yesterday, a wasted effort.\\\\\\\"

The Bucs traded Blount for a pick. The Bucs getting the rights to Demps, something NE apparently did not want, was just a flyer.  It would be great if it works out, but its hard to imagine it.

If that was the case he would have never signed up to play football in the SEC  either.

What is your point? I was wrong? Ok. You win. I was wrong.

True, but he may have come to that conclusion after playing college ball.  He may be thinking, why destroy my body playing NFL football, when I can run track.

Football life is a sausage party.  In track, he travels the world with fast women ladies who run track, too.

i dont think the problem is heart, i think its agility.  demps is a superfast guy with a little wiggle.  sproles is a pretty fast guy with a lot of wiggle.  i also think sproles has much better hands.

demps reminds me more of the chiefs michael bennett, (who we tried and failed with).  can be great in a certain system, but isnt the guy to make any offense go.

Well considering he's never played in an NFL game or felt a live NFL hit , you've just destroyed your own premise.

Hell, i've never played in an NFL game either but it doesn't take a genius to know the level of intensity is turned up a bit in the grown man league.

You are reaching ....just admit the reason probably has nothing to do with being "afraid" .  If it did he wouldn't have made it in the SEC either , where they bring hats to the party every saturday.
