CC was a Bears fan. That was my gripe with him.

Aside from that, some of you guys act like you could do better...it is the PR. Not the Wall Street Journal.

Injuries?  If the Bucs lose Clayborn, Bowers, or McCoy again this defense is screwed.  And if Revis isn't the same still screwed.  And if Martin gets injured, screwed.  No depth to this team at all.

Until we get a DeVone Claybrooks and a Buck Gurley, this team is as doomed as the 2002 team.  Oh wait........

Similar comments were made about our OL last year.

We then promptly lost both guards.

Martin kept chuggin right along with our no experienced backups.

You are how your players play (say) you are.. Not what the media says or the blog QB's. It's the W's that count, nothing else when all is said and done. And more is usually said than done.

Who hijacked this thread? Thought is was about Walter football and CC.

Well said Uncle Stan. If we enter the season motivated and cut out the elevator music then we should do well (hopefully at least make the playoffs). Not super familiar with Walter football. It looks like a college football analization website. Typically enjoyed Charlie Campbell when he a Bucs reporter for pr. Whether you liked the dude or not it is pretty childish to resort to the personal attacks and name calling. Is that sort of thing tolerated by the mods on the boards here?

Whoa, I made the mistake of reading the last few pages. My brain is in pain.

There\'s a very real chance the Bucs waive [Revis] before next season. At the very least, it will be a discussion worth having.

Sorry QaZ, but your posts are starting to give me a headache. I'm jumping off the hamster wheel because even if I arrived at a position where you agree with what I say, it seems you will still try to argue about sandwiches and homeless people.

Trust me, it's not worth the time paying attention to QaZimodo.

It's not just about injuries, but when, what type and for how long. Yeah if we lose our many good players for a long time, we will stink. But for whom is that not true?

JBF,

Depending on what posts you read, it might appear the Bucs are only team that might have injuries to wreck their season.

Quite true, Stan. It's one thing to keep it real, quite another to be apocalyptic.

I don't know if anyone else listens to the What The Buc podcast, but CC did an interview with them explaining the article. It's a good listen if anyone is interested.

A good chunk of this message thread is made up of people criticizing a guy for writing a prediction for the Bucs 2013 season that it turns out he didn't actually write? The prediction still is way off (i hope) but Charley got some undeserved hate in this thread. Apologies should be coming.
