1) Lawrence Taylor.  Having watched the man, I can say I have never seen anyone come close to doing what he did. 

2) Dan Marino.  Having watched the man, I can say I have never seen anyone throw like he did.  (Elway had a much stronger arm, but I liked Marino's release and unreal accuracy)

Adrian Peterson, Larry Fitzgerald. Both are great character guys and dominant at their positions.

George Blanda, the old guy was amazing when he played with the Raiders.  Not the most talented but seems like he was always bringing them back for a win and then would kick the extra point.
Joe Montana (/Jerry Rice) was kinda fun to watch as well.
Hard to pick just two though.  These guys are just a couple that come to mind.
