College, yes.

They represent the entire university, and a lot of futures might unwillingly be tied to eachother.

Pros, no.

Let them be idiots. They already have money so it's all on them at that point.

I have no problem prohibiting the use of twitter for both college and pros.  The players represent either a university or a particular team brand.  They are employees.

Zero problem with it and I'm sure that it wouldn't be a big deal.
