And Bridewater actually added like 35 pounds or MORE after his freshman season. He is naturally a small framed game who has artificially put on mass.

A smallish QB behind this line would get crushed.

Like the Niners and Kaepernick ? Lol.

What is your point? I was wrong? Ok. You win. I was wrong.

I don't like Teddy's size.
He avoids a lot of hits with his exceptional pocket awareness though. He's scary good at moving around the pocket to avoid pressure while keeping his eyes downfield.

What do you guys think of Derrick Carr, David's younger brother?  He puts up hella stats at Fresno and has a NFL arm.

http://www.sbnation.com/nfl-mock-draft/2013/5/3/4284224/derek-carr-2014-nfl-draft-preseason-scouting-report
"Carr may improve on his ability to handle pressure if he gets more comfortable going through his reads. On most plays, Carr makes a single read and then drops his eyes to look at the rush. He also stares down his receivers too often and throws the ball into crowded areas of the field. He didn't throw a ton of interceptions last season but had quite a few dropped."

That just sounds far too familiar to get me excited right now, even though he seems to play with a lot of passion, which is refreshing. We need to find some way to get Teddy.

Never seen the guy play but he doesn't throw many interceptions .  Last year he threw for 4100 yards, 37 TDs, and only 7 ints.  His completion pct is pretty good as well.  His first game this year he threw for almost 500 yards and. 5 TDs.

The best part is, they can go out there and play hard to try and win the game... and with this coaching staff and QB, they'll just lose anyway.  They won't really have to "tank" so to speak.

Love it, but the #5 is somewhat worrisome.

Option 1: Suck Harder for Bridgewater.

Option 2: Freeman Gets Drunk at the Lodge, We Replace Him With the Tajh.

Option 3: Goin down-y for Clowney in Round 1, Fails for Fales in Round 2.

Obviously this territory is hypothetical to begin with, but we may have the opportunity to get lucky and have someone who wouldn't draft a QB at #1 or #2 overall (I'm looking at you Pittsburgh)

Yes, lets purposely lose the next 15 games to pick a smallish QB whose NFL success would be questionable at best. This board is ridiculous. Yesterday we have guys pining for Raheem and now this. Laughable.

"Can for Man"

Uhh, your kidding right?

It's Teddy B or possible Tajh B in the draft. Otherwise it's Glennon.

I wouldn't take Johnny Manziel in the 5th round.

You'd be stupid if you didn't take manziel in the 5th.

Some team is going to be really lucky when they draft him.

Naismith was right about Revis. Everyone else is a dummy.

Hayseed openly roots for mediocrity
