The answer should be as many times as it takes!
I miss gruden the coach, not gruden the talent evaluator.

Gruden and Dom would be a good pair, but Gruden would never do it.  He would want to be his own GM.  He probably is still pissed about not getting CJ.

We had a major rebuild after the enabling Bruce Allen was fired.

We didn't have a major one with Schiano, and we won't after we get a new coach this offseason.  We're not in the same class as the Jaguars/Raiders anymore.

The aging players Gruden brought in were a result of our cap situation, it's not as though superstars in their prime were passed up in favor of aging vets.

Charlie Garner v Thomas Jones immediately comes to mind
