The weather will not be condusice to passing or kicking in the Meadowlands today....the forecast advisory:

A WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS EVENING.

A TIGHT GRADIENT BETWEEN INTENSE LOW PRESSURE TRACKING NORTHEAST
THROUGH QUEBEC AND HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING NORTH FROM THE SOUTHEASTERN
UNITED STATES WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE SUSTAINED WEST WINDS OF 25
TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS BETWEEN 40 AND 50 MPH TODAY.

THESE STRONG WINDS COMBINED WITH SATURATED GROUNDS FROM
YESTERDAY'S RAINFALL MAY CAUSE SOME WEAK AND SHALLOW ROOTED TREES
TO BE UPROOTED. ADDITIONALLY...FALLING TREES AND TREE LIMBS CAN
DRAG DOWN POWER LINES...CAUSING POWER OUTAGES.

LAWN FURNITURE AND HALLOWEEN DECORATIONS WILL LIKELY BE BLOWN
ABOUT OR DESTROYED. THESE ITEMS SHOULD REMAIN INDOORS OR IN A
GARAGE UNTIL THE WINDS SUBSIDE SUNDAY EVENING.

HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES WILL BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO CROSS WINDS ON
BRIDGES AND OVER PASSES.

A WIND ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN SUSTAINED WINDS ARE FORECAST TO BE
31 TO 39 MPH OR GUSTS WILL RANGE BETWEEN 46 AND 57 MPH. WINDS
THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH
PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA CAUTION.

The Giants are one of the best run blocking o-lines in the league with a formidable one two punch in Tiki and Jacobs. Tiki is elusive and agile while Jacobs is powerfull an fast with a full steam ahead.

The Bucs seem to have an o-line that can run block and Carnell excells when he totes the ball 20+ times a game.  This will definately be a bruising battle between two teams that is for sure.

Running game and a short passing game will be the way to go today. I think Uminora (Spelling?) is not playing today. The key will really be our run defense against Tiki and Jacobs.

Maybe they will be too overconfident with their prodigy, and try to pass anyway.

so you think the wind will be a factor? ;D

to win...you must envision victory -devise a plan -and then have the guts to destroy anything that stands in your way

Im in the northeast and the wind is unreal.  We're having 50 mph gusts.

"there are no medals here for who can stay at the office the longest," said Jagodzinski. "I'm not into that. The guys that brag about working till 2 in the morning, in my opinion, they're just not smart enough. "

Wind....blows. Maybe Grads can fire a 90 yarder with the wind at his back to Joey G. today. :D

The beatings will continue until morale improves!!

The Giants like to open the big doors (to the tunnels) at the meadowlands to increase the swirling wind effect. J.P. Peterson noticed that the doors were already opened this morning, he asked if they were going to close them, the meadowlands staff replied (with a smirk) nahhh, those doors are broken.

Sounds like a day to try a 5 man line or 4 LB.
