Yes, Leonard vs. Duran. I hated Leonard. Mostly because my Uncle hated him. I loved Duran
by default. The No Mas fight sucked.

I remember Ali and Frazier going at it on the ABC show with Costell. Hope I am remembering
that one correctly. I saw Ali fight against Frazier on tv. I think. It's been so long. But I DO
remember some of those fights being on free tv. The good old days!

I saw Ali fight Duran (twice) and saw Ali fight some others. Although I hated Ali's arrogance,
I'd have to rate him one of the best.

Do you mean Leonard vs Duran? The first fight was a classic. Then there was the "No Mas" fight. Can we say "where is my refund".

In Tyson's first career loss to Buster Douglas, his corner wasn't properly prepared. They had to resort to a rubber latex glove filled with ice water to try and keep his swelling down. It was a joke.

If he would have stayed away from Don King, had the right entourage and a manager that really looked out for him after Guss DeMato died, he would have been talked about as the greatest ever to live IMO. DeMato's death just ended all hope.

I never heard about the water glove in Tyson's fight. Enlighten me.

If Tyson would have had the proper training and the proper people in his corner (remember the water filled glove in the douglas fight?), he would have been the best of all time IMO. Nobody had his combination of speed and power.

Just watched the Judah/Mayweather low blow fight.

I had a heated disscussion with a buddy of mine because he seems to think Roy Jones jr. was the greatest boxer of all time.  I believe Marciano was the best, I just dont know how you

can compare an undifeated boxer who fought in the days of 15! rounds, To a **CENSORED**y sloppy wannabe thug

Roy Jones was a beast in his prime though. I think its between Joe Louis and Ali.

Jimmy Braddock?

I am too young to have seen the older guys so it's kind of hard to judge them.

I saw Ali fight Duran (twice) and saw Ali fight some others. Although I hated Ali's arrogance,
I'd have to rate him one of the best.

But then you have the lighter weight classes and there were/are plenty of great ones there.
Barrera?

How about the Great White Dope, Gerry **CENSORED**ey? :-)

I also liked Smokin' Joe Frazier...

Ali said Ray Robinson was the best pound for pound ever.

Anyone watching the De La Hoya/Mayweather fight? Hoping Mayweather gets KO'd. Hip Hop is ruining boxing like it did the NBA.

Boxing is already ruined...and Prettyboy Floyd is gonna make De La Hoya look foolish.

Jack Dempsey or Rocky Marciano were the best.   Ali would be 3rd.
