Most Bucs fans jumped off the bandwagon when they went 0-4 and have not watched a game in a while.  All I know is I watched yesterday's game and I counted six plays that were over ten yards that were squandered away.

Exactly ADW.....and then Buc fans wonder why they have the tag "Fairweather" from other fans around the league.

To those that wanna jump back off the bandwagon??  Have a safe landing and Good Riddance.

He didn't complete 1 pass over 10 yards today.

So if we catch those 3 passes, he is 3-17 (or something like that) on passes over 20 yards?

Even in the worst conditions (on the road with bad weather) rookie QB Gradkowski came up big today but the rest of the offense failed him.  He made three very good deep throws in the spiraling wind of the meadowlands that were dropped by the receivers.  He made a clutch throw on fourth down that Clayton proceeded to fumble away.

His accuracy short was off but that I attribute to jitters. Once he settled down he was hitting throws down field accurately.  Given time this kid will really shine on offense.  He only made one bad throw downfield when he tried to force it in with Giant defenders.

Im with you ADW.

"there are no medals here for who can stay at the office the longest," said Jagodzinski. "I'm not into that. The guys that brag about working till 2 in the morning, in my opinion, they're just not smart enough. "

Unfortunately for the Bucs, this is probably true.

How about instead of all this prediction crap people just analyze how he has played so far? Break down some plays or something. Its this kind of stuff that lets ESPN argue "who's better this guy or the guy who played 50 years ago?"

That is the thing that boggles my mind.  The same people that attack Grads probably just look at the stats and assume he was "horrible". But anyone that watched the game knows that is far from the truth.

I agree with you ADW and unfortunatly there's a ton of fairweather fans that will not. If you look at the game ojectively there's really nothing you can say about how Grads played. He's tough as nails and will become a very good QB in this league.

Grads wasn't stellar all game but that's to be expected. He was money on some of the longer throws and it's a different game if the WR's hang on to the ball.
