For all that are clamoring for a change in head coaches, ask yourself one question;  "What is you goal?"

1.  Do you want more wins next year?

2.  Are you looking for a different type of offense; vertical versus WCO/ball control?

3.  What is the biggest weakness on the team right now and what would changing coaches do to alleviate/correct that weakness?

4.  If you change coaches, how does the current roster of young players fit the system you want to run?

5.  Will changing HCs improve your defense?  And do you have the players on board to make that improvement?

6.  How many years of building/acquiring players are you willing to accept before you expect to win your division and then be competitive for a SB?

7.  Will making the change support all of your answers to the above questions?

Truths:
1.  Never have an argument with an idiot.  They will drag you down to their level and then beat you with their experience.
2.  For some it would be better if they remained silent and be thought a fool than to speak and erase all doubt.
