Boy that's mostly a big load of nothing.

Not much for safeties but Dawkins is on there.

Dawkins just signed this year to a 2 year deal so cross him off. Briggs would be an absolute must!!!!!!!!! Lewis would be great at safety, Gibril Wilson would be really nice too!

Dwight Freeney would be awesome, but not only do i doubt the colts letting him go, i doubt the bucs could even afford him, unless we dumped simeon, but who knows with the colts, they did let edge go, not that he has done much in az

I think that's pretty much how it would have to work out, release or trade Rice and try to transfer his salary over to Freeney as quickly as possible.  2007 IS the last year of Rice's contract, so it's not an entirely inconceivable scenario.  Get rid of Rice, give Freeney a contract with a big bonus, small first year salary and significantly larger salaries once the last of Rice's cap hit clears.  Still, even with their not being in the best of cap situations, I have a hard time imagining Indy not finding *some* way to hold on to Freeney.

How about we trade Rice and Simms right now for Shaun Rogers and a 3rd rounder?

what about off. like gallery of the raiders or turley of the rams, somebody nasty with attitude. gallery would cost alot turley probably a little less. would make a nice addition to that left side imo.

Maybe even Turley off the Chiefs ::) Gallery isn't that bad even though he hasn't lived up to his status. Having him here would sure up our line a little more and give us another position to focus on in the first round. I've always liked the idea of going after Michael Lewis.......another draft pick saved, and consider the Rice and Simms deal for Shaun Rogers and a third done. I would take that in a heartbeat.  It's about time to get rid of Simeon anyhow. Let White play and maybe even draft a DE.

I would like to see Will Allen at SS and bring in Ken Hamline for FS. Lance Briggs is good, but he wants to be paid as much if not more than Urlacher. Tampa will not want give that kind of contract with Derrick still on board for at least one year and a promising backup, Jamie Winborn.

Do the Buccs need a better LG? Bengals could only sign two of the three GREAT O-linemen, Willie Anderson got resigned, and Levi Jones got resigned but not Eric Steinbach. He's probably one of the best LGs in the NFL.
