It's important to note that my dislike for both the Eagles and Cowboys is probably about the same.  However, I have been pulling for Garcia and rooting against Romo since both became starters.  Garcia gets no respect, yet wins.  Romo rolls over the Bucs during Thanksgiving, and they anoint him!?
Is it just me, or does it seem like the Referees were told before the game that the Cowboys must win, so make all bad calls in their favor?  I actually found myself pulling for the Eagles and Reid; ewgh!!
Garcia brings it every time he plays, and IMO, the Eagles are looking as good as they have been in a while, even with McNabb.

There's a strong contingent of Philly sports media that hasn't liked McNabb for some time.  Apparently up there, they are suggesting that the Eagles cut ties with McNabb, and every game Garcia gets them closer to the playoffs, it continues to grow.  Can you imagine if Garcia helps them win a Super Bowl?!

In a sick way, I almost want to see it happen.  I would hope we'd go after McNabb; I would kill to have him on this team.

I was just going to start a post asking how many games does Garcia need to win for us to have a chance at McNabb!

Who wants him...for the $$$ he's making:

2007   5500000.00
2008   6300000.00
2009   9200000.00
2010 10000000.00
2011 12070000.00
2012 14140000.00
2013 16210000.00

Those #'s are ridiculous.

McNabb/Garcia either one would make Gruden drool.  Those numbers can be worked around becuase if McNabb was to be traded his contract would be reworked Bruce Allen style.

I am pulling for Garcia & the Eagles. Love how he brought his team from nowhere. I enjoyed seeing Romo
come back to Earth. Those Underwood shots are annoying. NBC should be embarassed.

To tell you the truth, I would much rather see Garcia here than McNabb, especially after viewing the above salary figures.  McNabb seems to be injury prone, while it seems no one can kill Garcia's fire!  I'm not sure he is our starter, but I would love to see him compete for a spot.
By the way, that will probably be the last Carrie Underwood? siting at a Dallas game you will see after Romo's pitiful performance.

Your crazy! I'd take McNabb every day of the week  and twice on Sunday over Garcia. He's had a nice run but he's not a top 10 QB, he's also 37 and McNabb is only 30. Any trade would have McNabb's contract reworked and if he was released it would be a totally new contract.

IF McNabb was released Gruden would be all over him.   The Eagles will not release him though, no way.

Strictly dreaming at this point, but, what if, we signed Simms then traded him to Houston for there 3rd and then sent Clayton, our 2nd from the Colts and the third from Houston to Philly for McNabb?
