And he'll lose 2 yards on 3rd and 1.
Then he'll fumble at our own 10.

You had a great career Mike. Now please go away.

A lot of players on this team have had a bad year. I hate hearing all the "Give Mike The Ball" talk too, but I still would like to have him back next year.

1st and goal on the 4, mike alstott subs out.  sensible move, but the entire stadium erupts in boos.  F***ing idiotic, i've never been more embarrased to be a bucs fan.

Mike's done.

He needs to retire so as not to embarrass himelf and the team any further.

Agree that the booing fans are ridiculous.  Six carries and 4 yards.  Yep, he's the one to give the ball to.

Wake up fans.

truly sad today! Guys like Duemig and IAN are just so blind with their MAN LOVE and so are some of you buc Fans. Mike had a good career for us and now is no more then a role player.

But it took a game like this for you all to see that the Neck Injury was really the end for mike. He is only playing for a pay check now.

OK Carry on Alstott SLURPERS!

I was actually booing Alstott as he needs to just go away and never come back.

I can't condone this. Mike is a great guy and has been an inspirational player for this team. Today he had no chance of success whatsoever, but that's no reason to be mean to the guy. He deserves respect from the fans.

I can't respect someone that feeds off the fans - what I mean is Mike should have retired last year after he got his 10 years in the league as that is what he wanted but no he comes back and knows he is not the focal point of this offense yet he continues to keep his mouth shut about what he is going to do and now we have all this Give Mike the Ball crap.  Mike needs to either me a man and retire or just come out and tell people to get off Gruden's butt because he is not what everyone thinks he is.

Look, none of that is Mike's fault. Of all the times I've dealt with Mike in the past, I can tell you that he actually is embarrassed by all the fan attention he gets. He'd rather just do his job quietly and not get so much fan focus. He's not begging the fans for their support, they've given it to him willingly. Just because he's getting to the point of out-playing his usefulness doesn't mean he deserves to be booed.

He deserved to be booed as he did not produce plain and simple yet some have this conspiracy theory that Gruden is ant-Alstott.  Well, after today why would he not be!!

From what he said today he appreciated all the love & support---probably the reason he'll never wear another uniform.
