Does anyone see the Bucs using a roster spot on Paris Warren next year?  I'm trying to get the perspective of someone who has seen something in Warren that would justify keeping him on.  He doesn't have great speed and his hands aren't especially good.  Anyone?

Warren reminds me of Brackins except without the size, speed, vertical jump, and ability to dominate JUCO.

The only reason that we kept Warren is beacuse he can play all 3 wide receiver positions.

Warren is sort of a poor man's Karl Williams. He's a marginal type player that lingers on versatility and cost.

All posts are opinions in case you are too stupid to figure that out on your own without me saying it over and over.
If you think Manziel is the best QB in this draft I can safely assume you are an idiot and will treat you as such.

paris warren will never be a top 3 guy for us, but he makes the most of it every time his number is called. i like him to be a career #4 or #5 here and rack up about 20 catches a year for about 13 1st downs as he comes into his own.

Right...this is why it's not so bad to have him as a role player.  I really don't want him on the field much, though.

They guy is scheduled to make just $435k next year. If you take the $110 million salary cap and divide it by 53 players, that means the average cap value of each player in 2007 is $2.08 million. Warren is set to make 1/4 of that, so he's awfully cheap.

never compare him to the truth. If he was a poor Karl Williams he'd at least be able to return a few punts back.

1.  PW is cheap.
2. PW is Gruden's pet project

Basically I can see PW on the roster one more year unless someone steps up to the plate out of nowhere.

I like Paris, to me he's the poor man's Ike Hilliard.
