Watch Iraq for Sale: War Profiteers. It should clear things up for you. Halliburton/KBR charging soldiers $45 bucks for a six pack of soda, $100 bucks to clean one bag of laundry, if the wrong supplies are ordered they simply burn then in a fire pit and order new supplies. It's a pretty telling documentary.

The worst thing is that the guys I know in the military have an email address of xxxx@haliburton.com, not a us government email address.     Haliburton is obviously running this war and reaping most of the benefits.
