If the Bucs Get the third Overall Draft pick in the draft. On Draft day the Bucs get Texans 1st (8th pick)and 2nd round (40th pick) draft picks Plus QB Carr and the Texans get the Bucs 3rd pick in the draft and use it to draft Quinn.

OK is this considered unreasonable or possable

No chance in hell they'd deal their 1st, 2nd, and QB which they can get a third, basically for 5 spots and a player who may slip to them.

It's not unreasonable if the Browns want him, but not likely either.

looking at the value chart (certainly not definitive):

3rd overall - 2200 points

8th overall - 1500
40th overall - 510

that leaves them 190 points short, the equivalent of a late 3rd-rounder.  since they value Carr at about a 3-rd round pick, the exchange can make sense...

it all depends on the amount of noise cleveland makes about Brady Quinn....it's well worth it for the Texans to make the move if it'll keep Quinn from landing in cleveland, but if we pick 4th, all bets are off as we, along with the 5, 6, and 7 teams, don't look poised to go QB.

Those are the factors I was looking at. Browns are a possably in the market for Quinn.
The Texans seem to be no longer a believer in Carrs ability
Plus very few if any quality free agent QB.
Maybe drafting a quality coachable QB like Quinn might be the answer the Texans want.

As far as the Bucs go well Carr is experienced QB that might fit in Grudens system
Bucs would love to have another draft pick in the top 60
The Bucs Currently picking 3 or 4 might not be the spot for them to draft the player that would be the biggest upgrade for the team

Yea, because he was Gary Kubiak's QB in Denver.

I'd take a chance on Carr.
