How would you feel about this 53 man roster?  What do you like?  What don't you like?  And who would you rather have at key positions?

No way we're getting Clements.
I really wonder if Wade has another year in him.  I think he's done.

Heres mine:
QBChris Simms  (Jeff Garcia, Bruce Gradkowski)  _ Hard to read the rest, I'm laughing too much
T Kenyatta Walker (Jeremy Trueblood) _ You really got some good weed this time, didn't you?

So you think we only sign one FA starter, Pay big $$ to get a vet QB to BACKUP a QB that has a carreer record of 7-12 and only won 2 of his last 7 games?

Well let's assume there is a new FA quarterback.  Gruden's not going to just give him the job.  He's always harping about competition and he's made it clear he thinks that's what went wrong last season when Simms was just given the job.  Whoever comes in here is going to have to earn the job so there's a chance Simms could beat him out.  Garcia might beat Simms out, but let's say maybe we get Jake Plummer.  I think Simms would beat him handily.  There's a pretty good chance Simms is our starter next season.

QB Jake Plummer (Chris Simms, Bruce Gradkowski)
RB Carnell "Cadillac" Williams (Michael Pittman, Earnest Grahamn)
FB Mike Alstott (Jerald Sowell) - don't like it but can't think of anything else ATM
WR Joey Galloway (?Boston? or other vet, Best returner we can find)
WR Maurice Stovall (Michael Clayton,Paris Warren)
TE Alex Smith (Anthony Becht, Doug Jolley)
T Luke Petitgout (Anthony Davis)
G Dan Buenning (Jeb Terry/AD)
C Sean O'Hara (Sean Mahan)
G Davin Joseph (Anyone)
T Jeremy Trueblood (Kenyatta)

DE Simeon Rice (Juliun Jenkins)
DT Okoye 1st (Ellis Wyms)
DT Chris Hovan (Jon Bradley)
DE DeWayne White (Victor Abiamiri-2nd)
LB Derrick Brooks (Ryan Nece) -- SAM
LB Barrett Ruud (Shelton Quarles)
LB Jamie Winborn(Wesley Mallard)
CB Ronde Barber (Alan Zemeties, Torrie Cox)
CB Brian Kelly (PBuc) -- PBuc nickle back
S Will Allen, (Donte)
S Best Second rounder available, Flip -- let em fight it out
K Matt Bryant
P Josh Bidwell

Not what I'd call the ideal scenario, but I think it covers more of our needs.  I'm not pleased with the FA QB's out there, but of them I don't think we'll land Garcia, and Carr is just not a step-in-right-away guy.  Nothing above is a spectacular improvement, but it's a decent improvement in more areas.  I've left in some of the original picks since I don't care enough to really think about it that much.  JT just won't be there, so it's Petti.  I'd rather see a DT than CJ.  I think wade's about done.  I think Yatta is a reasonable backup.  Not much more here...

Plummer or Garcia would have to screw up spectacularly to lose to Simms.  Carr might lose to him, but not those two.

I echo that sentiment.

I like yours a lot.  I just don't like Quarles being the second string middle linebacker.

My IDEAL situation, probably not even completely realistic
QB David Carr  (Chris Simms, Bruce Gradkowski)
RB Carnell "Cadillac" Williams (Michael Pittman, Earnest Grahamn)
FB Mike Alstott (Jerald Sowell)
WR Joey Galloway (Maurice Stovall, Parris Warren)
WR Calvin Johnson-1st (David Boston, Michael Clayton)
TE Alex Smith (Anthony Becht, Doug Jolley)
T Luke Petitgout  (Anthony Davis)
G Dan Buenning (Jeb Terry)
C Sean O'Hara (Sean Mahan)
G Davin Joseph (FA/Late Rookie)
T Jeremy Trueblood (Yatta)

DE Dwight Freeny/Adalius Thomas (lol, my unrealistic add in) (Juliun Jenkins)
DT  Adam Carriker 2a (sp?)(Ellis Wyms)
DT Chris Hovan (Jon Bradley)
DE Charles Grant (Spires/FA/rookie)
LB Derrick Brooks (Jamie Winborn)
LB Barret Ruud (Shelton Quarles)
LB Shelton Quarles (Ryan Nece)
CB Ronde Barber (Juran Bolden, Torrie Cox)
CB Brian Kelly (Phillip Buccannon(nickle back), Alan Zemitis)
S Eric Weddle/Merriweather 2b (Will Allen)
S Michael Lewis (Phillips)
K Matt Bryant
P Josh Bidwell

only thing I might would change is swap Carr for Plummer and Add in a 3rd round pick, the rest ofthe picks im just too lazy to add in... i know this really isnt realistic seeing as Freeny and Thomas would be franchised and it would be very hard to sign them along w/ the rest of the FAs. If this team was put on the field there is no doubt in my mind that they could be a contender, especially if Carr clicked in Grudens offense.

Clayton makes too much $$$ to be our 5th wr.

That is very solveable, Hate - a word I believe I just made up.  Cut the ball dropper.

Did you see Jake Plummer vs the Bmore Ravens? No thanks, hes D bails him out so bad, he throws too many picks and our D isnt' like Denvers. Jamie Winborn? LMAO he wants to opt of his contract and play somewhere else, besides he was a special teamer anyway. We really like the Cowboys center Guardie or somethin like that. Other then that its preety solid.

Winborn is the best answer we have at Will, and he doesn't "want to opt out of his contract", he wants to START.  Move DB to sam and Jamie will be happy.
Plummer vs. Ravens?  Who looked good against them this year?  He's got the same brainfarts as Greise, but 10x the talent.  And Greise went 5-1.  He's a better value for your buck than Garcia, that's why I put him instead of Garcia.
Gurode would be acceptable at C, I don't think there's that big a difference between them, just Wade needs replacement and O'Hara played with Pettigout and that helps.

Are you trying to prove you're an idiot, or does it come natural?
Your the reject that said hes not "opting out of his contract".. I proved you wrong now you feel like an idiot.. Have a nice day
Nice job trolling.

If you think the SPT has a clue, you're retarded.  Since you've just gotten access, try reading:

http://www.pewterreport.com/articles/view/2830
The SPT is working on the assumption DB stays put.  As noted in my post above, DB is moved to Sam, which gives Jamie the chance to start, which means he stays in Tampa.

Really you new guys need to learn a lot...
