Why not give him a call?[/i]

(raises hand)

"Because he stinks."
That didn't stop them from drafting Gaines, signing Crockett, et al

I figure you're probably too young for this, but my guess is you were one of the ones who was also calling Warren Sapp a bust during his rookie season when he only had 3 sacks and 25 tackles his rookie season, huh?

He turned out to be pretty good, huh?  I will never ever begin to understand certain Buc's fans sometimes! [banghead]

If they did sign Boston would the NFL then suspend him for violation of policy?

I remember watching Peter Warrick at FSU. Had serious talent mainly great ability to make a guy miss. When he came out and went to Cincinnati he was meant to be the player that Steve Smith of Carolina is (not quite as fast though). Unfortunately it didn't work out for him.

Some find it necessary to make certain everyone hears them express their thoughts regardless of the topic of the thread.  I suspect he is one of those.

I thought this was a thread about Peter Warrick - why are we talking about a rookie DE?

They gave him an injury settlement meaning he's ineligible to return this season.

Not fast, hasn't played in the NFL since the 2005 season - and when he did he had a bad attitude and couldn't catch.

He hasn't exactly been the same player in the NFL that he was in college.

He's not high on my list.

An Inside source told me that the Buccaneers did attempt to call Warrick but the call was dropped.

ZZZING!

That's funny stuff right there, I don't care who you are. :D

If they're bringing a WR out of retirement, they should give ole Keyshawn a call.

I can't believe he is 30.

FRG is the most logical poster on this board.  You guys just don\'t like where the logical conclusions take you.

Boid casually mentioned "he stinks".  Maybe that is why Warrick isn't playing for another team.
