Can you please edit your post to say "Was letting D White go a good move"?

Weird...it says D.White on fox sports that hes been with the Bucs up until this year. But never the less.....White has more sacks than any of our guys on the team. Haye with 4 and the rest with 2 or 1.

Dwight Smith isn't an issue.

As for White, the coaches didn't want him.

Correction, sorry I was thinking of something totally different, had a brainfart....I mean Dewayne White.

Well if that is the case then this thread is completely redundant of numerous others.

And no, White was a back up here and not worth the money the Lions spent.

Yes, he hasn't done much in the 3 years since he left.  Was the Garcia he sacked Jerry?

Because Schultz thinks he would have made a great transition.  No one could mistake Dwight Smith for DeWayne White.

I believe you mean White. The guy only had 2.5 sacks coming into the game and is making about $6 million a year. That's a lot of cash for a guy that's really only had one great game this season. White is on pace to have double digit sacks now (due in large part to his performance against the Bucs). He's a good player, and I would have loved to have kept him here, but for $6 million, I want a little more consistant pressure. I do think White is better than any DE we have right now though.

Whoa...shiver me ****in timbers!

Why are we talking about Dwight Smith?
