This team continues to be reactionary instead of anticipatory. That’s what happens with the head coach fails to replace the offensive coordinator with a QUALIFIED, EXPERIENCED individual. Arroyo is over his head and doesn’t even realize it. The Baltimore game won’t be the last blowout that this team sees this season. And now Lovie Smith asks us fans to be patient. You’ve got to be kidding, Lovie.

Did this guy really say that “Our offensive line did a good job up until last week”????? What games has he been watching? This line has been HORRIBLE all year. This is a problem, these coaches are dont want to call out these players. Collins sucks, i would rather we kept Donald Penn’s overweight a$$. Mankins has been getting manhandled(see the saftey he gave up last week, he was on his back). Our other guard position is even worse. And up until this last weekend D. Dotson has been good, but he was abused by the Ravens. We should have kept D. Joseph and Zuttah. Also I bet Arroyo gets to keep this job of OC if Tedford never comes back, just as Greg Olson did when we fired our OC before the season a few years ago. Piss poor coaching and piss poor playing. We are in for another long season

My question is this: IS Marcus Arroyo the Buccaneers OC? Do we have confidence he can be going forward? I wonder about that, I really do.

Come on man. Where have you been the last six weeks? Of course, he’s the OC. I’m pretty sure it has been reported on PR.com and every other medium in the area……

It’s the lack of defense that’s been the culprit in these last few games and the lack of offense in the first few. In each of the games, with the exception of the good fortune in the Steeler win, the offense started slow and I say, afraid. Then, when they had no choice and defenses got a little complacent, there was a little late production that nearly pulled off a victory. It’s the two games against the Falcons and Ravens that are mind-blowing (I love those phrases from the 60’s). In my view it’s a mental thing. When this team gets down early it goes into shock and the spiral continues unabated. Ravens and Falcons? Hmmmmmmmmm, I just thought of another excuse for those beat downs. The team has Bird Flu or maybe Birdaphobia. The good news is we only play another bird team the rest of the season. I know this much, so far this season has been “for the birds.”
