The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed a pair of defensive tackles Wednesday, inking Lance Legree and Kenny Smith to contracts, PewterReport.com is reporting. 

Terms of the contracts were not disclosed.

Legree, 29, originally entered the NFL out of Notre Dame in 2001 with the New York Giants. He played with the Giants from 2001-04 and spent the 2005 season with the New York Jets, where he recorded three sacks.

The 6-foot-1, 300-pound Legree has recorded 134 career tackles and seven sacks.

Smith, 29, played collegiately at Alabama and entered the NFL in 2001 with the Oakland Raiders.

The 6-foot-4, 303-pound Smith, who has been out of the NFL for the past two seasons, has notched 69 career tackles and 4.5 sacks.
