LAST WEEK: The Houston Texans lost to the Dallas Cowboys last week, 23-22.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost at home to the Jacksonville Jaguars, 23-17.
THE LAST TIME THESE TEAMS MET: The Buccaneers and Texans last met in the preseason on Aug. 30, 2007. That contest was played at Raymond James Stadium. The Bucs defeated the Texans, 31-24. Tampa Bay and Houston later met in the regular season. The Bucs traveled to Houston to take on the Texans on Dec. 9. Houston defeated Tampa Bay in that contest, 28-14.
BUCS-TEXANS SERIES: Tampa Bay is 5-1 all-time in the preseason vs. Houston. The Bucs are 2-1 on the road vs. the Texans in preseason.

Well at least they get some more time to practice and rest for their Saints game. But it looks as if the Saints are playing the Fins tonight so they'll get equal rest time.
Worth noting - the Saints lost to the Texans. While that doesn't predict anything - it makes it interesting.
