Charlie, you have to keep up with things. Henderson re-signed with NO 2 or 3 days ago. There's not much available right now in young WRs.

I would think a team's #2 WR should have very good speed, hands and experience and I think if Tory Holt is released as he's requested, he would mentor the Buc's currently very inexperienced and weak group of WRs. Holt has some of the greatest hands, knowledge of the verticle offense and leadership of any available WR and the team should also draft a fairly early (maybe 4th round or earlier WR) and have Holt be a mentor to this young group.

I think Stovall sucks and is a WC offense receiver, and Clayton has proven NOTHING to be an NFL starting #2 WR and is a pretty decent #3 if he can hold on to the rock like he did last year and his rookie year. Jackson is the only WR I would consider for the #4 if he's developed properly and Warren and the rest of the FA's can battle for a fifth spot assuming the team keeps 5 WR's.

Winslow has the potential to be the team's #2 WR as a TE because he can be moved around the field in a number of slot formations, flanked wide and so with Stevens playing the traditional TE at (6-7..LOVE that height at TE!) Winslow could essentially be the #2 if all else fails but signing Tory Holt with Winslow, Clayton, Jackson, and Bryant would be dangerous.

I know it's not likely but I really think it's in the team's best interest to sign Joey Galloway for 3 years and keep him 2 years with an option for the third. I see Galloway as a freakish sprinter in the mold of Washington's former DB Darryl Green who ran a 4.19 40 barefoot at the age of forty. I think the Bucs are being inflexible to NOT let such a freakishly FAST WR take a break from some 2 a days and rest his hamstrings and let him keep fresh for game days. Exceptions are and should be made for exceptional playmakers and Galloway deserves this.
Hey, but that's just me....I'm lookin' for the "W" baby.....

Think o will be better than last year but think our d will be alot worse, In bates d he likes bump and run corners, which we have talib and thats it barber wont b e good at this system, d line needs to get alot bigger and no movement their , linebacker core is extremely thin and not much experience. now the whole receiver thing is with gruden gone think clayton will play better , better tes will also help passing game and also rb ward out of backfield, with a middle round wr in the draft will be good enough for us.
