The Tampa Bay Buccaneers inked another 2006 draft pick to a contract Monday, signing sixth-round (194th overall) quarterback Bruce Gradkowski to a deal.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Gradkowski, who played collegiatley at Toledo, holds the Division I-A all-time record for completion percentage.

In addition to completing 68.2 percent of his passes during his collegiate career, the 6-foot-1, 222-pound Gradkowski became the first signal caller in Division I-A history to complete more than 70 percent of his pass attempts in two straight seasons.

Tampa Bay will take five quarterbacks - Gradkowski, Chris Simms, Jay Fiedler, Tim Rattay and Jared Allen - to training camp this year. Luke McCown still is on the roster but will be placed on the physically unable to perform list through training camp and preseason after undergoing surgery to repair a knee injury he suffered during a mid-June organized team activity.

In order to create room for Gradkowski on their offseason roster, the Bucs released fullback Robert Johnson.

The Bucs now have four draft picks , Gradkowski, tight end Tim Massaquoi, defensive lineman Julian Jenkins and cornerback Justin Phinisee - under contract.

Tampa Bay plans to sign its remaining six draft picks, including first-round guard Davin Joseph, before it reports to training camp on July 27.
