Tampa Bay recently hired former Boston College offensive coordinator Steve Logan. He is reunited with former Boston College head coach Jeff Jagodzinski, who was hired as Tampa Bay's offensive coordinator last month. Logan will serve as either the running backs or tight ends coach for the Buccaneers.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers recently moved one step closer to filling out their revamped coaching staff, hiring former Boston College offensive coordinator Steve Logan.

Logan was part of former Boston College head coach and new Bucs offensive coordinator Jeff Jagodzinski's coaching staff and worked closely with quarterback Matt Ryan, who was the No. 3 overall pick in the 2008 NFL Draft and received Rookie of the Year consideration in his first year with the Atlanta Falcons.

Before joining Jagodzinski's staff at Boston College, Logan was East Carolina's head coach from 1992-2002. His teams compiled a 69-58 record.

The Bucs are in the process of deciding which role Logan will fill. It will either be the vacant running backs or tight ends coaching position.

Tampa Bay special teams coach Richard Bisaccia served as the running backs coach in 2008, but he likely will not retain that title. However, assistant running backs coach Tim Berbenich is a candidate to fill either the running backs or tight ends coaching position.
