The Tampa Bay Buccaneers took the field for their second day of their voluntary mini-camp at One Buc Place on Wednesday morning.
In addition to missing quarterback Brian Griese (wife is pregnant), running backs Earnest Graham (ankle and family matter) and Cadillac Williams (knee) and tackle Donald Penn (restricted free agent has yet to sign one-year tender), the Bucs had a few more players missing from Wednesday morning's workout.
Bucs center Jeff Faine and tight end Kellen Winslow did not participate in the morning practice.
Faine will miss the remainder of the team's mini-camp with a minor back injury. Sean Mahan and Jeremy Zuttah have been playing center in place of Faine“Everything is fine,” said Faine. “I just tweaked my back a little bit last week while weightlifting. It’s nothing serious. This is just the introduction stuff, so I can pick a lot of it up in the classroom. We’ll just let it get back to normal.”
The reason for Winslow's absence is not yet known. The Bucs traded a 2009 second-round pick and a 2010 fifth-round selection to Cleveland in exchnage for Winslow earlier in the offseason.
Winslow, 25, has battled injuries throughout his pro career. He played in just two games during his first two seasons in the NFL. He also played in just 10 games during the 2008 season, which was his last in Cleveland.
PewterReport.com is reporting the following Bucs players were held out of Wednesday's afternoon mini-camp practice at One Buc Place:

We will update this story as we learn more throughout the day.
