Pro Bowl quarterback Jay Cutler will not be playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2009. According to multiple reports, Denver has traded Cutler and a fifth-round pick to the Chicago Bears in exchange for two first-round picks, a third-round selection and quarterback Kyle Orton.
The Buccaneers are officially out of the Jay Cutler sweepstakes as he is now a Chicago Bear.

Multiple reports state that Denver has sent Cutler and a fifth-round selection to Chicago in exchange for two first-round picks, a third-round selection and quarterback Kyle Orton.

The Bucs, who have three quarterbacks – Luke McCown, Brian Griese and Josh Johnson – under contract, have been linked to the Broncos and Cutler even since it was reported that Tampa Bay attempted to acquire the Pro Bowl signal caller in a three-way trade on the first day of free agency.
