Former Bucs safety John Lynch is watching Thursday morning's practice today for preseason TV purposes. Lynch is the color analyst for the televised Bucs preseason games.

The following players did not practice on Thursday morning: punter Josh Bidwell (hip), center Jeff Faine (groin), wide receiver Antonio Bryant (knee), kicker Matt Bryant (hamstring), wide receiver Michael Clayton (hamstring), defensive tackle Greg Peterson (knee), linebacker Angelo Crowell (hamstring), wide receiver Kelly Campbell (quad), wide receiver Joel Filani (hamstring) not practicing.

Tight end Jerramy Stevens and kick returner Clifton Smith are back in practice.

The Buccaneers are not in pads this morning and are cutting practice short by about an hour, so there will be no Insider report.
