PewterReport.com is reporting Bucs running back Carnell "Cadillac" Williams will start in Tampa Bay's preseason game vs. the Miami Dolphins on Thursday night.

Williams, who has been sidelined for the better part of the past two seasons with torn patellar tendon injuries sustained in both knees, was held out of Tampa Bay's first two exhibition contests as a precaution.

According to head coach Raheem Morris, Williams will play the first two series of the game in a 2-2-1 format that will also include Earnest Graham and Derrick Ward.

PewterReport.com will have a full story on this later today.
