The Buffalo Bills traveled to New England Monday night to take on their AFC East rival -- the Patriots. The Bills had a 24-13 lead with five minutes remaining in the contest, but the Patriots mounted a comeback thanks to a fumble by the Bills on a kickoff return. The Patriots downed the Bills, 25-24.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost their 2009 regular season home opener to the Dallas Cowboys last week, 34-21. The Bucs had 450 yards of total offense, but the defense allowed QB Tony Romo to throw for 364 yards and three touchdowns.

THE LAST TIME THESE TEAMS MET: The Bucs and Bills last met during the 2005 regular season. Tampa Bay defeated Buffalo 19-3 in that contest, which was played at Raymond James Stadium.

The Bucs are 6-2 all-time in the regular season vs. the Bills. However, this will be the first time Tampa Bay has ever played the Bills in Buffalo.
