The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed two cornerbacks - Brandon Anderson and Derrick Roberson - to their eight-man practice squad Tuesday. Anderson and Roberson previously played for Cleveland and Houston, respectively.
The Buccaneers didn't wait long to fill the two vacant spots that were created on their eight-man practice squad with the promotion of cornerback Kyle Arrington and release of punter A.J. Trapasso.

On Tuesday, the Bucs filled those two spots by signing free agent cornerbacks Brandon Anderson and Derrick Roberson.

Anderson originally entered the leauge in 2009 with the Indianapolis Colts. He was part of Cleveland's practice squad, but was released by the Browns on Sept. 9. Anderson played collegiately at Akron, started 17 of 48 games.

Roberson originally entered the NFL in 2007 as an undrafted free agent with the Houston Texans. He has since spent time on the practice squads in Houston and Minnesota. Roberson played collegiately at Rutgers.

Arrington was released from Tampa Bay's 53-man roster Monday, and was not re-signed to the Bucs' practice squad.
